When will my NAILIO order ship?
We understand your excitement to receive your NAILIO nails! We strive to ship all orders promptly. Standard orders are shipped within 48-72 business hours. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Thank you for your patience and anticipation!

How do we ship?
All orders are shipped by USPS. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

STANDARD: 3-5 Business Day Transit Time
PRIORITY: 2-3 Business Day Transit Time

Estimated shipping timeframes begin once orders ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Timeframes above are only estimates. To verify if package will arrive within a certain timeframe please contact us at support@shopnail.io.

What is your return policy?
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that due to hygiene concerns and to maintain product integrity, all sales are final. We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds except in cases of quality issues. If the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date at support@shopnail.io. Please note, we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at support@shopnail.io. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
